The ERSA i-CON 1 MK2 is a professional ESD-safe soldering station designed for industrial production, test environments and development work. It has been developed for modern lead-free soldering processes with higher working temperatures and tighter process windows, providing precise and repeatable hand soldering results in demanding applications.

At the heart of the system is the powerful i-TOOL MK2 with a 150 W micro high-performance heating element. It delivers fast heat-up and strong thermal recovery directly at the solder joint, making it ideal for demanding soldering tasks where constant performance and clean results are essential. At the same time, the tool remains compact, lightweight and ergonomic for controlled operation over longer working periods.

The station is designed for efficient everyday use. One-touch operation and the large multifunction display allow settings to be configured and adjusted quickly. In addition, the sensor integrated in the handpiece supports standby and sleep mode functions for energy-saving and tip-friendly workshop operation.

A key feature of this version is the included Tip’N’Turn holder 0A58. It not only provides a safe and stable holder for the soldering iron, but also offers space for up to four soldering tips. The Series 142 soldering tips feature the Tip’N’Turn quick-change system, allowing safe tip changes even while hot. The holder supports easy removal and insertion of the tips directly at the workplace. Also included is a 1.6 mm chisel-shaped long-life soldering tip as a universal standard tip for many typical soldering tasks.
