ERSA Tool extension for i-TOOL and Chip-Tool Vario 1m

Description

The ERSA 0ICV208 tool extension increases the operating range of compatible ERSA tools by approximately 1 m, thereby providing greater freedom of movement at the workstation. Especially when working with larger assemblies, on spacious work surfaces, or when the station is not positioned directly next to the workpiece, the extension ensures significantly more comfortable and flexible operation. This is particularly practical for soldering, rework, and desoldering tasks, where precise handling and an ergonomic position are crucial.
The extension is compatible with selected ERSA tools from the i-CON and VARIO systems. It is suitable for use with the i-Tool, the i-Tool MK2, and the CHIP-TOOL Vario, supporting typical applications in electronics manufacturing, service, repair, and laboratory settings. The additional cable length allows the tool to be guided more freely without sacrificing the benefits of the respective system.
The 0ICV208 is compatible with the following tools:

0100CDJ ERSA i-Tool 150 W
0105CDJ ERSA i-Tool MK2 150 W
0140CDJ ERSA i-Tool Trace 150 W
0460MDJ ERSA CHIP-TOOL Vario 2 x 40 W

The extension can be used with numerous compatible ERSA soldering stations, including various models from the i-CON1, i-CON1 MK2, i-CON2V, VARIO2, VARIO2 MK2, VARIO4, VARIO4 MK2 series and i-Con Trace, provided they are operated with the tools listed above. This makes it a practical addition to existing workstations when greater reach is needed without having to retrofit the system.
Whether for professional rework, finer soldering tasks, or daily workshop use: The ERSA 0ICV208 tool extension helps set up the workstation more flexibly and makes working with compatible ERSA tools even more comfortable.
