Interflux® IF 930 is a highly effective deoxidizing gel for cleaning wettable solder nozzles in selective soldering systems. It reliably removes oxide layers, ensuring uniform solder flow and stable process quality. Regular use reduces the formation of unwanted solder bridges, improving the repeatability and reliability of the soldering process.

IF 930 is particularly easy to use: the gel is applied directly from the syringe to the hot nozzle. Within a few seconds, it dissolves the oxides, which are then washed away by the flowing solder. The product is free of environmentally harmful ingredients and impresses with its excellent cleaning effect.

With a viscosity of 250,000 cps, IF 930 is particularly user-friendly to dose. It has a low odor and high temperature resistance – the auto-ignition temperature is 320 °C. IF 930 should be used below this temperature limit and is not water-soluble.
