cable flux ISO-Flux resin-based for dip tinning of cable ends and dip and wave soldering of enamelled copper wires, weakly activated, minimal capillary effect, DIN EN ISO 9454-1 1231, REL0, halide content < 0.01%, solids content 15%, 1000 ml bottle
Felder Flux ISO-Flux Cable flux KF-32 1L bottle, suitable for soldering to cable lugs, sleeves and connectors, halogen-free, resin-based, 1.2.3.A, REL0, 1L bottle
The cable flux KF-32 is a flux based on organic, halogen-free activators and modified natural resins, without colophony, dissolved in alcohol. It is characterized by the fact that absolutely partial tinning can be produced. This flux was specially developed for tinning and soldering on cable lugs, sleeves and plug-in connectors. The solder will not rise higher than the wetting of the strand by the cable flux KF-32, even with the finest copper strands, due to the high capillary effect. The risk of solder creeping under the insulation and restricting the flexibility of the cable is eliminated when used properly. It is usually applied by dipping.
