An innovative solution for intelligent hand soldering
With the i-CON 1V MK2, ERSA has developed a soldering station that meets the requirements for the higher working temperatures and increasingly smaller process windows of lead-free soldering processes. The extremely small, light, ergonomic and powerful i-Tool soldering iron contributes to improved quality, productivity and a significant reduction in operating costs. The i-CON 1V MK2 is, of course, antistatic.
The ERSA filter units (EA110 plusi, EA55, EA1&2) can be connected to the i-Con 1V C MK2 version (with interface) so that the standby signal is transferred to the filter. This then shuts down at the same time as the station. In addition, you can use the interface to connect and control a heating plate (e.g. 0IRHP100A-03).
The integrated Tip’N’Turn bayonet lock ensures a quick and easy tip change and also provides a performance improvement of 20-25% compared to the screw connection.
