The i-CON VARIO 2 MK2 multi-channel soldering and desoldering station meets the highest demands of professional soldering and desoldering. 2 ERSA tools can be operated simultaneously with hot air and vacuum.
This station provides the user with an ergonomic hot air pencil AIR-Tool (200 W) for contactless energy transfer and the X-Tool vario (150 W) for desoldering wired components.

All soldering tools are equipped with an acceleration sensor that can be used to set an automatic standby switch (150-300°C) or a hibernation function (room temperature). The tools heat up again in seconds by moving into the operating mode. In addition to the hot air pencil AIR-TOOL, other ERSA soldering tools can be used as an option.
All functions, including air and vacuum generation, are integrated into a central supply unit with a very simple i-Op operation and a clear display. The station also offers interfaces for the automatic activation of Ersa solder fume extraction units (via standby signal) and a control option for Ersa infrared preheaters, as well as a USB port. The station or tools can be quickly and securely updated via an optional microSD memory card, making it ready for future tools. The station is ideally suited for use in ESD protected areas.

i-Tool-AIR S
Ergonomically designed, powerful! This is an apt description of the i-tool AIR S. The slim and light handpiece carries a 200 W heating cartridge, allowing fatigue-free work on a wide range of SMD components. The hot air volume can be easily adjusted directly on the handpiece; the respective air volume (2 to 20 l/min) can be clearly seen on the display of an i-CON VARIO 2 or 4. The air volume can be precisely adjusted, even when soldering the smallest chip resistors. Various nozzles can be used to ensure optimal heating of the components. A motion sensor ensures that the hot air automatically switches off after a programmable time during work breaks.
The i-Tool-AIR S is switched on and off using the light sensor in the handpiece.

X-Tool Vario:
One of the most powerful desoldering irons with 150 W heating power, very easy to change the desoldering tips and easy to clean the residual solder container.
Designed for the most difficult desoldering work of conventional components on high-mass printed circuit boards. As desoldering tips, please use types of the 0742ED series.
