Product description

This pair of genuine ERSA brass replacement brushes is designed for the brass-brush version of the i-TIP CLEANER. The brushes replace worn or clogged brush inserts, supporting routine maintenance in electronics manufacturing, service and repair environments.

During operation, the i-TIP CLEANER drives both brushes. Their brass bristles mechanically remove adhering residue from the hot soldering tip inserted into the cleaner, allowing tip cleaning to form part of the soldering workflow.

The brush inserts can be easily removed and replaced when required. Keeping a spare pair available helps simplify regular maintenance of the soldering tip cleaner.
