The nickel/germanium microalloy reduces the dissolution of crucible and tool materials and contributes to durable, electrically reliable solder joints. The dimensions of the bar are approx. 330×20×10 mm, and the unit weight is approx. 400 g. Ideal for controlled re-alloying in wave, selective, and dip soldering systems; ≥265°C at the soldering wave is recommended.
