\nThe new Tip’n’Turn technology enables faster and safer tip changes through the use of a new bayonet mount. In addition to improved ergonomics, the 142 tip series offers improved heat transfer and high performance at an optimal price-performance ratio.<\/p>\n
This new heating technology enables lightning-fast heating and reheating of the i-TOOL MK2 soldering iron from room temperature to 350\u00b0C in approx. 9 seconds, and from standby (280\u00b0C) in approx. 3 seconds. The heating element and the soldering tip are separate from each other.<\/p>\n
