The Ersa solder fume extraction systems of the EASY ARM type are based on more than 15 years of experience in this specialized field. The devices in a functional design are characterized by high extraction performance, efficient filter performance and at the same time very quiet operation.
A volume of 110 m³/h can be extracted per extraction arm.
The process air is cleaned in three stages: a pre-filter retains dust and larger particles. The main filter separates micro-particles, such as those produced during soldering, and the activated carbon filter binds harmful gases.
